I used to pull up YOUTUBE on my TV whenever I was feeling down or bored and look for random video vlogs of a few, 4K movies of cities, and it made me feel better.
I used to plan spontaneous trips twice, sometimes three times a year, and it made me feel a lot better than my typical life of annoying maths classes.
Exploring and travelling, in my opinion, are two very different settings in which you might experience a lot of different things. Traveling is when you plan to go to different places, visit them, take pictures, and then return. This is what 90% of people do, with the remaining 10% going their own way.
Exploring, on the other hand, is something where you don't plan where you'll go and there's always something that makes the whole exploration trip more intriguing than usual, which is something I'd like to do one day....
People like Dane Henrik Jeppesen, Lexie Alford, Graham David Hughes, and others inspire me to live a life of exploration.
It's never the bikini-clad beauties on beaches, tequilas in bars, Jokers and Kings in casinos, but the King of the Jungle hiding in the jungles, birds that I consider a sign of peace and freedom, monkeys for mirrors, and so on.... It's never the world that exists in books; it's always the world that exists outside of books.
When I visit locations about which I know nothing, it's something that makes me conscious of what's going on; I enjoy learning about the history, food, sites, and eye-feast views.
I feel there is a time in my life when I will want to go exploring, leave my house, and never return.....
