Rohankompella blog Article#6 - NOT A LOVE STORY

The news that my friend shared in my class hours disturbed my sleep that I felt with my lecturer's boring class, even since I heard of the first crime, I was always in a state of curious to know and study about the mind state of  criminals for their respective crimes.

But then it was few and certain crimes that actually grabbed my attention,

"Minor Daughter kills her father with the help of her boyfriend"

"A Girl killed her mother with her boyfriend and cut her into pieces, packed into bags and thrown at junkyard and few more random places",

the 2008 Mumbai murder, and many more headlines that grabbed my attention towards it rather than my classes and that occupied my thoughts where, I went out of class in thoughts, taken aback. I could not, for the life of me, acknowledge how soo odd a everyday, ordinary people could bring themselves to commit such a evil act.

Than the crime it was that incident, known as love story, being a cause and hiding behind those hair-raising incidents shocked and surprised me more.

I believe and assure you that to an extent that this Love story is NOT A LOVE STORY

Rohankompella blog Article#5 - TOMBOY

Tomboys are someone I respect and am continually curious about whenever I have the opportunity to learn more about them.

When it comes to the subject of
WHO IS A TOMBOY??

To put it simply, a tomboy is a girl with boyish manners, conduct, and thought.

When people do think of the name Tomboy, they usually picturize an image of a girl with short hair, a cap, a hoodie, specs with a yes/no choice, t-shirts, boyish nature, little usage of dolls and outfits, and so on.

However, when a few facts are considered, Tomboys are no less than a boy or a man; they do have a brave and daring character different from remaining girls, and at times they are good communicators of interests or themes in which they are engaged rather than general, casual, or meaningless conversations.

They do have career dreams, such as wanting to be the boss, starting a business, and so on, and they prefer to be independent rather than dependent, being practical. They always stand for their family,

While there are girls in store of LAKME, Tomboys workout in gyms to compete with boys,

They aren't drama queens; they never dress up to impress; they prefer simplicity to drama; they are better at swearing than a male; they don't blush or hide their feelings for little matters; instead, they open up and let their words speak for themselves.

It's very easy for a guy, in my opinion, to talk to them and have them as a friend because they understand men, can think like men, and act like men; you can't mistreat with them because they are Rebels.

The Tomboys, I feel, are just what the world needs. Karnam Malleswari, Jhansi Lakshmi bai, Rani Velu nachiyar etc., are considerably the ones I believe the world require...…

I'm happy to have a tomboy buddy who played an important part in and for researching and where I got to know a lot about tomboys, and whose ideas, opinions, and thoughts are mirror image of hers.

Rohankompella blog Article#4- Travel

I used to pull up YOUTUBE on my TV whenever I was feeling down or bored and look for random video vlogs of a few, 4K movies of cities, and it made me feel better.

I used to plan spontaneous trips twice, sometimes three times a year, and it made me feel a lot better than my typical life of annoying maths classes.

Exploring and travelling, in my opinion, are two very different settings in which you might experience a lot of different things. Traveling is when you plan to go to different places, visit them, take pictures, and then return. This is what 90% of people do, with the remaining 10% going their own way.

Exploring, on the other hand, is something where you don't plan where you'll go and there's always something that makes the whole exploration trip more intriguing than usual, which is something I'd like to do one day....

People like Dane Henrik Jeppesen, Lexie Alford, Graham David Hughes, and others inspire me to live a life of exploration.

It's never the bikini-clad beauties on beaches, tequilas in bars, Jokers and Kings in casinos, but the King of the Jungle hiding in the jungles, birds that I consider a sign of peace and freedom, monkeys for mirrors, and so on.... It's never the world that exists in books; it's always the world that exists outside of books.

When I visit locations about which I know nothing, it's something that makes me conscious of what's going on; I enjoy learning about the history, food, sites, and eye-feast views.

I feel there is a time in my life when I will want to go exploring, leave my house, and never return.....

Rohankompella blog Article#11- "Threads of Beauty: A Saree's Poetic Tale"

In threads of vibrant hue, a saree draped, Red, green, and golden brown, emotions shaped. The red, like passion's fire, within you burns...
